Instructional Design and Content Development Services - XStream's development team includes professionals that have extensive experience in instructional design, storyboarding, multimedia development, graphic design, client consultations, and turnkey project implementations (where XStream undertakes and completes projects from conception to final delivery). Equipped with XStream's advanced software suite of integrated authoring technologies, our professionals can develop and customize multimedia content according to your specifications and requirements. Developed content can include software simulations, courseware, tutorials, assessments (both question-based and simulation-based), streaming media presentations, in-application guidance, SVG content, and more. XStream also undertakes custom development services that are unrelated to any of its existing products/technologies. Training/Mentoring Services (Standard & Custom) - XStream offers comprehensive instructor-led training courses for its RapidBuilder, RapidExam, and Performance Analyzer technologies. Each technology has its own training curriculum. Training for RapidBuilder, RapidExam, and Performance Analyzer is offered either as classroom-based training or training via the web. For all other technologies, training is offered via the web. For any technology, the customer has a choice of going with the standard curriculum or customizing the curriculum to suit their individual requirements.

Installation & Configuration Services - XStream provides complete installation and configuration services for its software technologies. XStream can assist the customer in getting their new software system up and running quickly without disrupting their business or draining their internal resources. Our experienced professionals will identify and resolve common installation and security issues, suggest optimal tuning parameters for the system, and do everything else necessary to ensure that the application is functioning properly. It is important to note that in general, all XStream technologies are easy to install, configure and implement.

Support/Consulting Services - XStream provides reliable, timely and quality technical support to client inquiries in regard to software issues. Learner/Technical Support is available by e-mail and telephone. When required (based on the technical support incident), XStream's Technical Support Engineers may make use of other tools such as Web Conferencing, Chats, Discussion Forums and File Sharing to provide support. We can also offer professional expertise and advice to users in the planning, authoring, deployment, and management of their projects.
