MAHENDRA KUMAR AGRAWAL
As XStream's Vice President of Technology,
Mahendra's primary responsibilities include managing technical
support and training functions, product/technical documentation
(including product manuals, technical white papers, executive
summaries, etc.), "key" customer relationships, operations
and delivery, and product/technology design (along with Sunil
Sethi).
Mahendra graduated in Computer Science with an Information Systems (Business)
option from Canada's premier engineering institution, the University of Waterloo.
He also completed studies in Database and Knowledgebase Management Systems at
University of Toronto. He then joined NetVision Inc., a technical training and
consulting company, and taught technical courses on Microsoft platforms, Lotus
Notes/Domino and LotusScript, ultimately managing the Lotus Notes training division.
He is certified by both Lotus and Microsoft. After working in the Notes/Domino
practice at Calian, an IT consulting company, Mahendra founded eVision Inc. to
evangelize, promote and deploy web-based training in small, medium, and large
corporations based on off-the-shelf, web-based, online multi-media courses. His
experience provides tremendous insight into emerging e-Learning industry issues,
opportunities, and technology trends.
