XStream Software’s methodology is quite simple: all client interactions are with XStream Software’s project managers and senior business analysts. Clients interface with the people who not only understand technology, but also understand the business side of technology. Given this approach, clients have no need to worry about their vision of their software solution being lost in translation when conveying their requirements directly to engineers. By directly interacting with XStream Software’s managers, software requirements and specifications will be developed appropriately.
