RapidBuilder v3.1 Deluxe is a special advanced
edition of RapidBuilder v3.1, XStream's 4x award-winning,
100% Programming-free Simulation-Authoring Technology for
creating, customizing, and deploying Fully Interactive, Multimedia
Simulations that realistically duplicate the functionality
of the live Windows environment.
RapidBuilder v3.1 Deluxe includes all of
the familiar RapidBuilder features and capabilities, including
continuous capturing of live software applications, multimedia
edit suite featuring appended/inserted frames, text, graphics,
audio files, recorded sound clips, embedded sound tracks,
video, navigational hyperlinks, links to external files and
web pages, menus, mouse pointer animations, and much more,
and support for popular media formats including Flash (SWF),
Microsoft Word (DOC), AVI, ASF, MOV, MPEG, and EXE.
RapidBuilder v3.1 Deluxe is both a SCORM-compliant
technology and a 508-compliant technology. As a SCORM-compliant
technology, RapidBuilder v3.1 Deluxe enables developers to
create SCORM v1.1 and v1.2 courses (both RBX-based and Flash-based),
which are courses created and deployed in a universal XML-based
format that may be shared with any SCORM-compliant Learning
Management System (LMS). As a 508-compliant technology, RapidBuilder
v3.1 Deluxe complies with the accessibility guidelines outlined
in Section 508 of the U.S Rehabilitation Act. By supporting
the use of keyboard equivalents for all mouse actions, as
well as all the Windows Accessibility Options, RapidBuilder
v3.1 Deluxe may be fully accessed by all users, including
users with physical disabilities or limited mobility.
RapidBuilder v3.1 Deluxe also includes a
host of other deluxe features, including provisions for importing/exporting
text for language translation, text-to-speech (automatic
audio) capabilities, viewing frame thumbnails, importing
Flash files and animated GIF files, importing multiple images
to frame backgrounds, saving recorded sound clips, implementing
audio interruption capabilities at the frame level, importing
audio onto a single frame (as opposed to multiple frames),
customizing hot keys, and additional support for wildcard
characters in the Validation Field object.

all features of RapidBuilder v3.1 along with several advanced
