Box, Radio Button, and Combo
Box objects enable the developer to
simulate the appearance and functionality
of Windows-style check boxes, radio buttons,
and combo boxes.
Validation
Text Fields
RapidSVG’s Validation
Field object provides runtime text
validation capability. Once the end user
enters the text and presses a designated
action key, the entered text is compared
to existing validation strings and/or keywords
that have been specified during editing.
If there is a match, the entered text is
validated as correct (and a customized
pop-up message/image or navigation event
is initiated). If there is no match, the
entered text is validated as incorrect
(and a customized error message is displayed).
Text
Fields and Instruction Boxes
RapidSVG
provides extensive text authoring capabilities.
The Text Field object allows the developer
to add multiple lines of text directly to
any SVG page. The Instruction Box object
is a collapsible floating window designed
to display notes or instructions to the end
user.
Design
and Layout Options
RapidSVG
features a complete set of options for customizing
the layout of objects on the page canvas.
Multiple selected objects may be aligned,
spaced, and resized. Objects may also be
cut, copied, pasted, deleted, grouped, and
displayed globally (across multiple SVG pages
simultaneously). RapidSVG also includes zooming
and panning options for customizing the page
view.
