xstream sharepoint ribbonizer

The XStream SharePoint Ribbonizer web part disables and/or hides buttons on the UI Ribbon panel of any SharePoint site - without requiring any manual customization or coding.

SharePoint users are accustomed to the out-of-the-box UI Ribbon panel that appears in SharePoint sites. However, as SharePoint usage grows, there is an increasing need to customize the appearance of the UI Ribbon panel by disabling and/or hiding certain buttons.

By utilizing the XStream SharePoint Ribbonizer product, SharePoint Administrators can easily disable and/or hide selected buttons though a simple administration interface (available within the Site Settings page of the SharePoint site). This means that SharePoint developers don't have to manually customize the UI Ribbon panel - updates to the panel occur immediately and instantaneously. Changes to buttons within the UI Ribbon panel can even be targeted towards specific SharePoint users and groups.
