The XStream SharePoint Ribbonizer web part disables and/or hides buttons on the UI Ribbon panel of any SharePoint site - without requiring any manual customization or coding.
SharePoint users are accustomed to the out-of-the-box UI Ribbon panel that appears in SharePoint sites. However, as SharePoint usage grows, there is an increasing need to customize the appearance of the UI Ribbon panel by disabling and/or hiding certain buttons.
By utilizing the XStream SharePoint Ribbonizer product, SharePoint Administrators can easily disable and/or hide selected buttons though a simple administration interface (available within the Site Settings page of the SharePoint site). This means that SharePoint developers don't have to manually customize the UI Ribbon panel - updates to the panel occur immediately and instantaneously. Changes to buttons within the UI Ribbon panel can even be targeted towards specific SharePoint users and groups.

Enable, Disable or Hide Any Button within a Particular UI Ribbon Panel
A SharePoint Administrator can designate any button within the UI Ribbon panel as enabled, disabled or hidden. Furthermore, the administrator has the option of applying changes to buttons within the appropriate UI Ribbon panel. For example, changes to buttons can be targeted towards specific panel tabs, such as "Documents", "Library", "Items", or "Lists".

Any change to a particular button within a UI Ribbon panel can be targeted to specific SharePoint users or groups. For example, the administrator of a SharePoint site may want to disable the "New Document" button, but only for members of the Visitors group.
